Íz orgia-arab ételek: Az Asma étterem (Taste Orgy-Arabic Food: Asma Restaurant)

Nem tudom, hogy miért, de szeretek enni, csipegetni. Kedvelem az egyszerű népi- és utca ételeket, de imádom a legrafináltabb és legfurább ételkreációkat is.

Bár én itthon főzök, tehát nem mindennapi program, hogy étterembe járjak, de a változatosság kedvéért időnként belecsapok a lecsóba és az éhen halás ellen felkeresek egy egy általam ismeretlen éttermet.

És az éttermeknek azért vannak előnyei is, nem is kicsik. A legfontosabb talán az, hogy evés után nem kell mosogatni. Meg az is jó dolog, hogy a legtöbb helyen az ételeket szépen tálalják. Mosolygó kiszolgálók rakják eléd.

Végül is ezek pótolhatatlan előnyök, hisz őszintén, otthon mit csinálok? Megfőzöm, kiszedem, megeszem és bumm neki, ledöglök ejtőzni. Az edény mehet a mosogatóba, majd ha teli lesz a mosogató, jöhet a mosogatás.

Fellázadtam magam ellen. Ezen a héten untam a főzést, ezért többször kimozdultam. Nemrég egy speciális, különleges ételeket készítő thai étteremben étkeztem, ma pedig a 40 fokban egy színvonalas arab vendéglátó helyen lakmároztam, ebédeltem. 13.10 volt. A legjobb idő megfőni. De a meleg ellenére nem bántam meg, hogy eljöttem.

Izgalmas ételek vidították fel a napomat. Hogy mik is voltak ezek:

Fokhagymás naan kenyér.
Okrás birkaleves,
Ürüpörkölt.
Arab rizs sült hagymával
Sült krumplis sült zöldségtál öntettel.
Öntetet a rizs mellé.
Arab menta tea

Ideje elárulnom az étterem nevét is.
Neve: Asma étterem.

Címük: Pattaja. Második utca, 2.köz. (Second Road, Sai 2). És erről a Sai 2-ről nyíllik a Sai 18 - as utca, ahol az étterem van. (Amúgy a harmadik utcához (Third Road) közelebb van, mint a második utcához). Rövid, néhány méteres séta után ott vagyunk. Nyitva 24 órán keresztül. Ha valaki nem találná, a telefonszámon elmagyarázzák, hogy hol található. Információ: 092 285 3587

Nekünk európaiaknak szokatlan, hogy törökülésben együnk, a legtöbben itt így fogyasztanak, de található asztalos kiszolgálás is. A légkondis részlegben meg csak asztalon fogyaszthatunk.

Ez az étterem Pattaja arab negyedének a szélén van, közel a harmadik utcához (Third Road). Most bennetek mindjárt felmerül a kérdés hogy ez ugyan kit érdekel, főleg Magyarországon vagy bárhol. Ugyan kit érdekel, hogy itt hol van egy étterem? Nyilván ez az információ azoknak szól, akik sokat nyaralnak itt, netán itt laknak, ismerik Pattaját, a világ egyik legismertebb nyaraló városát. És kíváncsiak az új és finom ízekre. Nekik szól ez a "dalom".

Ragyogó ételeket tettek elénk, minden egyes étel egy kulináris álom, mennyei ízek tömkelege, étel álmok. Szóval mind mind igen finom volt. Az élvezeteket legfeljebb a nagy meleg csökkentette, hisz a kerthelyiségben ebédeltem. Bár a ventilátorok szorgalmasan és serényen dolgoztak, de a hátamról patakokban folyt az izzadság. Aki nem akar forróságban, izzadva üldögélni, az a légkondis részben fogyaszthatja el bőséges és igen változatos ételét.

Sajnos az ízeket nem lehet elmagyarázni. Azt kóstolni kell, majd hümmögni (hmmm), kicsit csámcsogni és áldani a sorsot, hogy ide vetett. És ha az ízözönben nem felejtjük el, akkor fotókat kell készíteni és azokat azoknak megmutatni, akiket az ilyen érdekel. Én is így tettem.

Csináltam néhány fotót is, hisz tudom, hogy az ételfotókat igen sokan kedvelik. Többek között én is. Még egy megjegyzés, nem olcsó hely, de az arab éttermek általában sehol nem olcsóak, legalább is Thaiföldön.

Although I cook at home, so it is not an everyday program to go to a restaurant, but for the sake of variation I occasionally climb into the lecsó and go to a restaurant I don't know about starving.

And the restaurants also have advantages, not small. Perhaps most importantly, you do not need to wash after eating. It is also a good thing that most of the dishes are served nicely. Smiling servers put you in front of you.

After all, these are irreplaceable benefits, as I honestly do what I do at home? I'll bake it, get it out, eat it and bang him, drowning. The dish can go to the sink, and if the sink is full, the dishwasher can come.

I got up against myself. This week I was bored of cooking, so I moved away several times. Recently, I was eating a special Thai specialty food, and today, in 40 degrees, I lived in a high-quality Arabic hospitality, having lunch. It was 13.10. The best time to cook. But in spite of the warmth I did not regret that I came.

It is unusual for us Europeans to eat cross-country, most of us consume this way, but there is also a carpentry service. In the air-conditioned section, we can only eat on the table.

This restaurant is on the edge of Pattaya's Arabian Quarter, close to Third Road. The question now is whether you are interested in this, especially in Hungary or anywhere. Who cares about where a restaurant is here? Obviously, this information is for those who spend a lot of holidays here, or even here, know Pattaya, one of the most famous holiday towns in the world. And they are curious about new and delicious flavors. This is the song for me.

Brilliant dishes were made for us, each dish is a culinary dream, a mass of heavenly flavors, food dreams. So they were all very fine. The pleasure was reduced by the great warmth, because I ate in the garden. Although the fans worked diligently and diligently, the sweat was running in the streams behind me. Those who do not want to sit in the heat, sweat, can partially consume a rich and varied meal.

Unfortunately, the flavors cannot be explained. You have to taste it and then hum (hmmm), a little chatter and bless you to throw it here. And if we don't forget the taste, then we have to make photos and show them who they are interested in. That's what I did.
